The Natural Capital Management Project was designed to identify the most severe challenges facing the region, analyze, develop adaptive solutions, and recommend policy responses based on robust scientific evidence. The target audience is policy makers, scientists, businesses, citizens and other concerned stakeholders. The project is sponsored by Galaxy Studio and Dragon Capital and implemented within 5 years. The project will lay the foundation for the Fulbright School of Public Policy & Management (under Fulbright University Vietnam) to research, engage in policy dialogue, and provide capacity building programs on pressing environmental issues and public policy responses for domestic and regional partners. Priority focuses include agricultural transformation, energy, air pollution and public health, climate change, regional infrastructure, and cross-border cooperation.
